Global Edu began as one trainer selling courses on third-party marketplaces. The audience was growing — but so was the frustration of renting someone else’s platform.
The challenge
Marketplaces took a cut of every sale, owned the student relationship, and hid the data. There was no real brand, no direct line to learners, and no way to build something that compounded.
What changed with AcadifyLab
Global Edu moved to a white-label academy — own domain, own Android and iOS apps, own checkout. Courses, live cohorts and community now live under one brand, with payments going straight to the academy and zero revenue sharing.
The results
Owning the platform meant owning the margin and the audience. Repeat buyers, cohort launches and referrals stacked up instead of leaking to a marketplace.
I stopped paying a platform just to talk to my own students. Now the brand, the revenue and the data are mine.
Illustrative example. Figures represent the kind of outcome AcadifyLab is built to support, not a specific named client.
