Course structure

Build courses from recorded lessons, live sessions, notes and assessments in whatever combination the subject needs. You are not forced into a single delivery format, which matters when one subject suits self-paced video and another only works live.

Storage and media

Video and study material are hosted on the platform, with storage scaling by plan. Offline download inside the app is available on higher plans for learners on unreliable connections.

Content protection

DRM and watermarking are available on higher plans. For test-prep institutes in particular, this is often the difference between publishing a full recorded library and holding material back.

Live classes and scheduling

Zoom and Google Meet

Live classes run through the tools your faculty already use, rather than a proprietary classroom they have to learn mid-term.

Recordings

Sessions can be recorded and published back to the batch on higher plans. The students who miss class are usually the same ones who later fall behind on assessments, so this is a retention feature more than a convenience one.

Parallel sessions and advance scheduling

Multiple batches can run at the same time, and timetables can be published ahead on higher plans instead of being rebuilt weekly.

Assessments and certificates

Tests, quizzes and assignments

Standard assessment types are available on every plan. Higher plans add a question bank and test series, so mock exams can follow the pattern students will actually sit rather than a generic quiz format.

Reporting

Results come with analytics and downloadable reports. The valuable output is the pattern across a cohort — which topics consistently go wrong — not the individual score.

Batch management

Multi-branch control

Higher plans add multi-branch control and an extended branch hierarchy, so head office gets comparable reporting while branches keep local schedules.

Roles and access

Role-based permissions control who sees what. Parent access is available on higher plans, and bulk student import makes migration from an existing system practical.

Payments and admissions

Razorpay payments

Learners pay by UPI, card or net banking. You keep 100% of course revenue — AcadifyLab charges for the platform, not a share of your sales.

Fees, instalments and invoicing

Higher plans add fee instalments and EMI with automatic reminders, GST-compliant invoicing, and a private payment gateway option.

Leads and enquiries

Enquiry and lead management is built in on higher plans, so prospective students are tracked in the same system as enrolled ones rather than a separate sheet.

Communication

Email, in-app and WhatsApp

Notifications go out across all three channels. In the Indian market WhatsApp is where schedule changes and results are genuinely read.

Knowing what not to send
