Classplus pricing: how to get a quote and what to ask
Classplus does not publish a price list. This guide explains how its pricing works in practice, what drives the cost of a coaching app, and the questions to ask in the demo so you can compare quotes fairly. Checked on 25 September 2026.
How Classplus pricing works
Classplus is an Indian platform for coaching centres, teachers and education creators who want their own teaching app. It does not publish plans or prices on its website. Its homepage invites visitors to book a free demo, and the pricing is shared by its team after that conversation. As of 25 September 2026, the address classplusapp.com/pricing returns a "page not found" error.
That means you cannot compare Classplus on price until you have a quote in hand. It also means two institutes of similar size may be quoted differently, depending on what they ask for.

What usually drives the cost of a coaching app
Whichever platform you talk to, these are the factors that most often change the price of a branded coaching app:
- Your own branded app on the Play Store and App Store, and whose developer account it is published under
- Number of students and whether the price is per student, per active student or flat
- Video storage and streaming, especially for large recorded libraries
- Live classes and whether a video service is included or billed separately
- Payment collection, including any commission on course sales on top of gateway charges
- Add-ons such as WhatsApp messaging, SMS, website and marketing services
- Contract length and what renewal will cost
Questions to ask in a Classplus demo
Ask for answers in writing, so you can compare quotes line by line.
- What is the total yearly cost for my number of students, including every add-on I need?
- Do you take any percentage of course sales, separate from payment gateway charges?
- Is the app published under my own developer account and brand name?
- Which features are included, and which are extra: live classes, tests, WhatsApp, website?
- What happens to my students, content and app if I stop using the platform?
- What is the renewal price after the first year?
- Can I pay monthly, or is an annual commitment required?
Our LMS requirements checklist for coaching institutes helps you list what you need before the call, and what a true white-label app includes covers the app ownership questions in more depth.
Comparing quotes fairly
Put every quote into the same table: yearly platform fee, per-student or per-sale charges, app fees, add-ons and renewal price. Then add up the cost at the number of students you expect next year, not today. A platform that looks cheaper at 200 students can be the expensive one at 2,000.
A comparison sheet you can use for every quote
Put each coaching app quote into the same rows, then compare totals at the student numbers you expect next year.
| Row | What to write down |
|---|---|
| Platform fee | Yearly amount, and whether it is monthly or annual |
| Student pricing | Per student, per active student, bands or unlimited |
| Commission on sales | Any percentage on course sales, separate from gateway charges |
| Branded app | Included or extra, and whose developer account it is published under |
| Live classes and storage | Included limits and the price above them |
| Messaging | WhatsApp and SMS costs |
| Setup and renewal | One-off fees, and the price from year two |
A quote that looks lower can cost more once commission and messaging are added at a few thousand students. Filling in every row for every vendor is the only reliable way to see it.

Classplus pricing questions
How much does Classplus cost?
Classplus does not publish its prices. You need to book a demo and get a quote from its team, which depends on your requirements.
Does Classplus have a pricing page?
As of 25 September 2026, classplusapp.com/pricing returns a page-not-found error, and the homepage offers a free demo instead of listing plans.
What should I ask Classplus before signing?
Ask for the total yearly cost for your student numbers, any commission on sales, whether the app is published under your own developer account, what add-ons cost, and the renewal price.
Is there an alternative with published pricing?
Yes. AcadifyLab publishes its plans and the full comparison of what each includes, and takes no share of course revenue.
