FOR DESKLESS WORKERS

Training that reaches the line, not just the office

Safety induction
Every new worker completes the same safety training before starting.
SOPs as short videos
Record a procedure on a phone and turn it into a lesson.
Check understanding
Short tests graded automatically, with a pass mark.
Plant and shift groups
Assign training by plant, line or shift using batches.
Training records
Completion, results and attendance by worker, on every plan.
Several plants
Sites kept separate on higher plans, with a central view.

Why manufacturers use an LMS

On a production floor, training is usually delivered by a supervisor walking a new hire through the job. It is effective but inconsistent, hard to prove afterwards, and disappears when experienced staff leave. Meanwhile, safety and quality standards demand that every worker is trained the same way and that the training is recorded.

A learning management system standardises the training, lets workers learn at a terminal or on a phone between tasks, and keeps a record you can show during a safety review or customer audit.

How AcadifyLab works on the shop floor

Video-first lessons from real procedures

The quickest way to capture a procedure is to film an experienced operator doing it. Upload the video, add the written steps as a document and finish with a short quiz. Courses can combine video, audio, PDFs, slides and embeds.

Phones and shared terminals

Workers can learn in the mobile app on their own phones or in a browser on a shared terminal in the break area. Higher plans add offline lessons for areas with poor connectivity.

Groups by plant, line and shift

Batches let you assign training to a line or shift and schedule toolbox talks or refreshers for each group, with attendance recorded automatically for live sessions.

Records for audits and shift planning

Reports show who has completed each course, their test results and their attendance, on every plan, so supervisors can see who is cleared for which task. Certificates can be issued on completion.

Several plants, one standard

Manufacturers with multiple sites can keep each plant separate on higher plans while head office controls the core safety and quality curriculum.

Language matters on the floor. You can build separate versions of a course in each language your workforce uses, so every worker learns in the language they understand best.

Getting started

  1. Film your safety induction and the three procedures new operators learn first.
  2. Add a short quiz with a pass mark to each.
  3. Create a batch for the next intake and run the programme end to end.
  4. Check the completion report with the shift supervisor, then extend to cross-training.

Manufacturing LMS questions

What is a manufacturing LMS?

It is a learning management system used by manufacturers to deliver and record safety, procedure, quality and skills training for production workers, technicians and supervisors.

Can workers without company email use it?

Workers can be enrolled by admins and learn in the mobile app or on a shared terminal. Discuss your sign-in setup with us during a demo.

Can we train in more than one language?

Yes. You can create a version of each course in every language your workforce uses.

Can we see who is trained on which machine?

Yes. Completion and test reports show which workers have finished each procedure course, on every plan.
