How to make certificates

  1. Enter your organisation name and, if you like, upload your logo.
  2. Pick the certificate type: completion, achievement, participation, appreciation, training or excellence.
  3. Paste learner names, one per line. Each name gets its own certificate.
  4. Add the course name, an optional detail line (hours, grade or score), the date and who signs it.
  5. Choose a design and colour: classic border, modern band or minimal.
  6. Check each certificate with the Prev and Next buttons.
  7. Print / save all as PDF for a file with one certificate per page, or download a PNG of the one on screen.

Features

  • Bulk certificates: up to 300 names at once.
  • Unique certificate IDs: set a prefix like CERT-2026- and each certificate is numbered 001, 002 and so on. Keep the list so you can confirm a certificate is genuine.
  • Your logo and colours across three designs.
  • A4 landscape, high-resolution output for printing or emailing.
  • Long names and course titles shrink to fit automatically.

Everything runs in your browser. Names, marks and logos are never uploaded to AcadifyLab or anyone else.

What to put on a certificate

The organisation's name, the certificate title, the learner's full name, the course, the date, a signature and ideally a unique ID. A detail such as hours completed or a score makes the certificate more useful to an employer. For an editable Word version, see the certificate template.

Printing tips

  • In the print dialog, choose "Save as PDF" to get one file with every certificate, or pick your printer.
  • Set margins to "None" or "Minimum" if your browser adds a white border.
  • For a premium feel, print on 200–250 gsm card or certificate paper.

Issuing certificates automatically

For a one-off workshop, this tool is all you need. For courses that run every month, AcadifyLab issues certificates automatically when a learner completes a course, on every plan, and keeps a record of each one. From the second plan up, certificates use your own design.
